Architectural Excellence At Cranbrook Chase

Another prestigious national merit award for design excellence has been captured by third-generation builder/developer Holtzman & Silverman, the Farmington Hills-based firm which industry experts consistently rank among the top 50 development firms in the U.S. Holtzman & Silverman was selected by the Best in American Living awards committee as a winner in their ninth annual competition for architectural excellence at Cranbrook Chase, a select enclave of luxury ranch and two-story residences nested in a wooded setting in the heart of Bloomfield Hills. Sponsors of the Best in American Living awards include the National Association of Home Builders, Professional Builder and Better Homes and Gardens. National media attention will be provided by those publications.

The award celebrates businesses and individuals throughout the United States who design homes which illustrate design quality and successes in the marketplace, two leading measurements which exemplify the “Best in American Living.” The competition recognized the best professionals in America’s new home industry. It is open to builders, developers, architects and designers nationwide. Last year, Holtzman & Silverman was honored as a winner of the National Association of Home Builders coveted MIRM Award, the building industry’s equivalent of the motion picture industry’s “Oscar.”

Located on Cranbrook Court, off the east side of Telegraph Road between Maple and Quarton roads, Cranbrook Chase is set apart my a landscaped berm and perimeter brick wall articulated by a boulevard entry with landmark iron gates. The park-like grounds include numerous stands of carefully preserved older growth trees, rock outcroppings, hardscape and extensive four-season landscaping.
Cranbrook Chase project architect was Coponen Architects, Northville, MI. Concept design was by Riseman Associates Architects, Inc., Dallas. Landscape design was by John Grissim & Associates, Farmington Hills.

The community has just entered its final phase with a unique selection of four home styles. Furnished models are open seven days weekly from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. Pricing starts at $298,990.
